What Sort of a Wagon?

[City of Kaezar, Avanil Way]
Squatting like a huge spider along the west side of the road, a rambling structure blocks all views in that direction. Two-storied, a thin wooden ladder extends from the street to a narrow window on the right side of the building. The base of the edifice is splattered with mud that splashes up from the trenches in the road. Also here is Sinjinn.
Obvious exits are south and north.

You walk over to Sinjinn.
Sinjinn shrugs.
Sinjinn blinks at you.
You grin at Sinjinn.
Sinjinn asks, "Well, my randy dandy knows how to warm me up when I'm feeling cold, now doesn't he?"
Sinjinn grins playfully.
You act: Jurion laughs!
Reckless walks in.
You say, "Randy dandy! Oh, ye gods, don't ever say that anywhere anyone can hear."
Reckless walks north.
You slap your hand over your mouth.
Sinjinn opens her mouth as if to say something.
You exclaim, "Shite!"
You act: Jurion laughs!
Sinjinn throws back her head and cackles.
You say, "Maybe she didn't hear."
You say, "Oh please, ye gods."
Your face feels hot as the color rises to your cheeks.
Sinjinn says, "It's going to be everywhere now."
You stagger around.
Sinjinn laughs.
You say, "She was in a hurry, and on the other side of the street."
You rub against yourself.
Sinjinn exclaims, "You yelled it!"
Sinjinn laughs.
You clear your throat.
Denita walks in.
You say, "I didn't."
You say, "Honestly."
Your face feels hot as the color rises to your cheeks.
You laugh.
Denita says, "Wagon coming out south gate."
Sinjinn says, "Did."
You ask, "Really? Shall we go see?"
Sinjinn leans on you.
Denita says, "So i was just told."
Denita walks south.
Sinjinn glances at you.
You say, "We may as well, perhaps it'll be entertaining."
You say, "Just don't call me that again."
Sinjinn nods to you.
You are overcome by a giggling fit.
Sinjinn laughs at you.

[City of Kaezar, Southron Gate]
Deeply rutted wagon tracks in the dirt road that leads through the large iron gates show the amount of commerce venturing back and forth through their portals. To the south, a wide road meanders through the trees and leads towards the grassy plains, which lie on the horizon. Bushes and low-lying shrubs grow on either side of the trail yet the dust and dirt from the imperial city of Kaezar to the north has coated all with a thin layer of grime and soot. Encompassing the city, a stone wall rises to the east and west. On one gate is a parchment sign. You see Sergeant Aman of the Imperial Guard. Also here is Denita.
The only obvious exit is north.
Your group follows you.

You ask, "The gate?"
You push on the town gate, but it is already closed.
You pull open the town gate.

You ask, "Who?"
Shadeark says, "Orcs are outside."
Jayden walks in.
Shadeark says, "They jumped out of a wagon."
Jayden tries to pull on the town gate, but it is barred.
Sinjinn opens her mouth as if to say something.
Shadeark says, "So I barred the gate."
Jayden pushes on the town gate, but it is already closed.
Jayden removes the large metal pole from the town gate and stand it to the side.

You act: Jurion hooks his fingers behind his belt buckle.
Jayden says, "And three goblins."
Tralos walks over to Jayden.
Tralos taps Jayden on the shoulder.
You ask, "Are the other gates barred?"
Jayden futilely attempts to push Tralos.
Denita says, "I dont know."
Jayden says, "Not now."
Tralos squints at a sign.
Shadeark says, "As much as I would like to kill you right now there are bigger problems."
Jayden says, "They think I'm with them."
Shadeark glances at Jayden.
Jayden smirks at Shadeark.
You ask, "Are you?"
Tralos says, "Ehm theen'kn ey heev tew..."
Jayden sniffs you.
Tralos scratches his head.
Tralos nods to you.
Shadeark says, "So you have a chance to run."

Tralos frowns.
Jayden says, "I could open tha' gate right now, if I wanted to."
Denita says, "Giving you benifit of the doubt here jayden."
Shadeark says, "I will close it just as quick."
Jayden sneers at Shadeark.
Tralos says, "Eh neeh'd tew teek yue ehn.."
Tralos nods to Jayden.
Jayden asks, "What can I do to prove it to you?"
Jayden nods to Shadeark.
Denita says, "What about the wagon supposed to be coming."
Shadeark says, "You never even made an effort to prove anything yet."
You say, "Evidently the orcs were in the wagon."
Tralos walks over to Shadeark.
Shadeark says, "It came."
Tralos taps Shadeark on the shoulder.

Jayden says, "It doesn't matter, they'll die out there and wake up in 'ere."
Saebra says, "Merow... Illuriel, Deloria."
You say, "What a tremendous place to be, then."
Shadeark says, "Use the west gate."
You act: Jurion surveys his surroundings.
Deloria walks in.
Deloria's group follows her.
Shadeark says, "The gates have been barred as a precaution."
Saebra nods to Shadeark.
Saebra walks north.
Sergeant Merow walks in.
Jayden says, "Gads, what have I done..."
Shadeark says, "No orcs are getting in."
Tralos frowns at Merow.
Sinjinn places her hands on her hips.
Jayden exclaims, "You!" to Merow.
Denita asks, "What all do they know jayden?"
Merow glances at his hands.
Shadeark says, "I have to priortize things."
Jayden says, "They know too much."
Merow says, "I'd imagine arresting him would be in order."
An orcish sergeant walks in brandishing his gleaming low-steel broadsword.

Guards stand on the flanks of the massive wooden gate of Kaezar as peasants, farmers, and adventurers push their way through the crowded entrance. On either side of the gate, massive stone walls and battlements extend as far east and west as the eye can see.

A forceful breeze blows from within the gate, bringing with it the smell of steel, refuse, and sweat.

Apparently built with the idea that function is more important than form, the wagon is fairly plain. A dirty, white, cloth-like roof arches up and over the wooden planks forming the wagon's wide base. Thin wooden wheels keep the platform far off the ground, and wooden steps lead up to a wooden door at the rear of the wagon. On the covered wagon is Toots (sitting) and Chugsy (sitting).

[Kaezar Wilderness, Trenkin Trail]
Directly to the left side of the trail is a deserted cabin. The outer walls of the cabin have been built with heavy logs lashed together and sealed with dried mud. Weeds have overtaken the small path that leads up to it. A narrow stone fence stands behind the cabin and trails off in either direction. You see a covered wagon, an ox, an ox, and Chugsy (seated on a covered wagon).

The wind howling through the empty windows of the cabin is unnerving.
Obvious exits are northwest and east.

You say in Haish, "Never you mind. Just keep these oxen here."

You step inside the wagon.
[Halfling Wagon, Inside]
Illuminating the area weakly from its dirty glass globe, a lantern hangs from the arched roof of this cramped room. In the back of the wagon, a broken jug rests in pieces. Four cots line the sides of the wagon, though each is only long enough for a halfling's small frame. A door leads back outside. You see a gleaming low-steel broadsword, some dark leather armor, a simple backpack, and Toots (seated). Also here is Sinjinn and Sergeant Merow.

Toots's lower lip quivers.
Sinjinn glances at you.
You say, "Aljeron's out there holding the oxen."
Merow asks, "What's going on at the gate?"
Merow peers at you.
You say, "I don't know, we're halfway up the trail."
Toots backs away from Merow.
You see Aljeron gaze into the wagon.
Toots gets back on his feet.
Toots bolts toward the door.
Toots steps through the door.
Merow says, "Stay right there."
Merow steps through the door.
Sinjinn glances at you.
You shrug at Sinjinn.
You ask, "Is that the orc's backpack?"
Sinjinn asks, "That orc, is it dead?"
Sinjinn says, "I suppose so."
Sinjinn peers at her surroundings.
You say, "See if there's anything in it that might explain what's going on."
You open a simple backpack.
In the simple backpack is a dented maple coffer.
You say, "Nothing. A box."
Sinjinn says, "Not unless there's plans in there."
You spit on the ground.
You close a simple backpack.
You say, "Let's get out of here before they run off with us."

You step through the door.
You see a covered wagon, Chugsy, Toots, an ox, and an ox. Also here is Sergeant Merow.

The wind howling through the empty windows of the cabin is unnerving.
Obvious exits are northwest and east.

Sinjinn steps out from inside the wagon.
Toots says, "Better do as he saysy briathaex."
Toots points at a covered wagon.
Merow nods.
Chugsy nods slowly.
You say, "I speak a little Haish, Merow."
Merow says, "Into the wagon."
Toots says, "I...let me explain."
You say, "I don't know if it will help."
Chugsy exclaims, "Tell thaem not taizhurt my iaxen!"
Toots nods.
Merow says, "We won't hurt the oxen."
Chugsy walks over to an ox.
Chugsy pets an ox lovingly.
Merow steps inside the wagon.
You say in Haish, "No one's going to hurt the oxen."
Sinjinn peers off to the east.
Sinjinn peers off to the northwest.

> l ox
Taller at the shoulder than the average human, this massive ox is covered with a tangled layer of short black fur. Two long horns protrude from the sides of its head, curving forward slightly. Cloudy eyes belie a low animal intelligence, which is echoed in its slow and instinctual movements.

An ox is wearing a cow bell.
Merow steps out from inside the wagon.
Chugsy nods.
Merow says, "You drive the wagon back towards the gate."
Merow says, "Jurion, get into the wagon with his brother, see if you can find out what's going on."
Merow says, "Sinjinn, follow the wagon to the west gate."
Toots disappears in a puff of smoke.
Sinjinn nods slightly.
Merow blinks.
Sinjinn opens her mouth as if to say something.
You shake your head.

You step inside the wagon.
[Halfling Wagon, Inside]
Illuminating the area weakly from its dirty glass globe, a lantern hangs from the arched roof of this cramped room. In the back of the wagon, a broken jug rests in pieces. You sigh.
You close the door.
Chugsy exclaims, "No!"
You ask in Haish, "Just calm down, all right?"
You hear the voice of Chugsy exclaim, "Brotha'r!"
Toots peeks out from the shadows.
You say in Haish, "Both of you, blast it."
You say in Haish, "Sit down and calm down."
You open the door.
You hear the voice of Chugsy say, "Ai cbraithe'r....aooar fiamily..."
You yell, "Merow, they're both in here!"
You close the door.
Toots says, "Sir, it wasn't our fault."
Chugsy sniffs.
You ask, "What happened?"
Toots asks, "Where's that other man, the tall fellow?"
Chugsy says, "Aplease sair, spaeiak ooarrhome'land language."
You nod to Chugsy.
Toots sighs.
You ask in Haish, "Probably checking for more orcs. Look, can you get this wagon to the West Gate of Kaezar?"
Toots shakes his head.
Toots says, "If you'll let us."
You nod to Toots.
You open the door.

You say, "Easy, Merow, they're both half out of their wits."
You see Deloria gaze into the wagon.
Chugsy asks, "What is he loinahztao dia?"
Merow says, "They both just tried to sneak an orcish squadron into the bloody city."
You say in Haish, "Just drive it to the gate."
Toots says, "Ai havae no iode'a, brother."
Chugsy shrinks back from Merow.
Merow says, "They're lucky I don't wring their scrawny little necks for them."
Merow growls.
Toots looks at Merow with fear in his eyes.
Merow asks, "If I didn't stop them at the gate, do you realize what would have happened?"
You swear.
You say, "Take him out and drive the wagon, then."
Merow points at Chugsy.
Chugsy whispers something to Toots.
Merow says, "You come with me."
Chugsy peers at Merow.
Merow points at a wooden door.
Toots says, "You'll need me too."
You say in Haish, "The sooner you do it, the sooner he stops bellowing."
Chugsy nods to you slowly.
Chugsy steps through the door.
Merow grunts at you.
Merow steps through the door.
Toots glances at a wooden door.
You ask in Haish, "Do you both need to drive the oxen?"
Toots says, "Yes."
Toots nods.

You say in Haish, "All right."
You say in Haish, "Come on, then."
You step through the door.

Chugsy says, "Io sish himjhere."
You say, "They both need to drive, Merow."
Merow gazes upwards to the heavens.
Chugsy pats an ox on the back.
You say, "Can't control them otherwise."
Merow says, "Alright."
Merow says, "Just drive the bloody wagon to the gate."
Sinjinn says, "Deloria said the southern gate is clear. She's gone to check on the people in the city."
Toots sits down on a covered wagon.
Merow nods to Sinjinn.
Merow says, "Aye."
Merow says, "Thank you."
Toots asks, "Which gate, sir?"
You ask, "How many orcs could they cram in this bloody thing?"
The oxen pull a covered wagon off to the northwest.
Sergeant Merow walks northwest.

[ We move down the trail to the West Gate. ]

Merow says, "About twenty."
You say, "It's cramped as a crate in there."
Sinjinn peers off to the north.
Merow says, "I noticed."
The oxen pull a covered wagon off to the north.
Toots bites his lip.
Chugsy sighs.
Merow nods in a slightly satisfied manner.

[Trade Route, Outside Kaezar's Gate]
Guards stand on the flanks of the massive wooden gate of Kaezar as peasants, farmers, and adventurers push their way through the crowded entrance. On either side of the gate, massive stone walls and battlements extend as far east and west as the eye can see. You see a covered wagon, an ox, an ox, Toots (seated on a covered wagon), Chugsy (seated on a covered wagon), and a small brown weaver bird. Also here is Sergeant Merow.

[City of Kaezar, West Trade Gate]
A massive oak gate stands open, allowing passage into and out of Kaezar. To the west, a wide road meanders through grassy plains, before disappearing into the trees. Tall limestone walls flank the gate and the crowded streets of the imperial city sprawl to the east, where a two story timber-framed structure is the scene of constant wagon traffic. Posted on the gate is a large parchment sign. You see a covered wagon, a stained slate gray linen pouch, a red-brown flannel shirt, some red-brown cotton hose, a simple tawny wool jerkin, some knee-high leather boots, an ox, an ox, Toots (seated on a covered wagon), Chugsy (seated on a covered wagon), and Sergeant Belart of the Imperial Guard.

Toots says, "It wasn't our fault, honestly..."

Toots grimaces.
Merow nods to Illuriel.
Saebra walks in brandishing her perfectly-balanced low-steel poniard and her wavy-bladed poniard.

Saebra walks east.
Toots says, "Our whole family, all but us, were taken."

Toots says, "There was a really big one."
Toots nods.
A group of men amble slowly through the gate, chatting amicably.
Tralos rubs his tusks impatiently.
Paltheis asks, "Did it have a name?"
Snack the coffee and cream kitten's eyes glow like burning embers.
Chugsy lowers his hands, his face streaked with tears.
You say, "You should get a halfling if you can, this other one doesn't even speak Common." to Merow.

Tralos scratches his ear.
Toots nods to Chugsy.

Signed,

Guardsman Merow Ghurak

> l sign

This parchment sign has been posted on the gate. On the sign is a crude ink sketch of an dark elf over a message that is written in common.

Chugsy asks, "What doesn't seem like him?"
Tralos says, "Peerheep tew uuvr'weelmn."
Paltheis squints at a sign.
Merow points at Chugsy.
Tralos ponders slowly.
Toots shrugs at Chugsy.
You say, "There's a sketch up there."
Paltheis peers at a sign.
Chugsy raises an eyebrow in Merow's direction.
Merow says, "Start moving these ox to east."
Merow points east.
Paltheis mutters something about needing spectacles.
You say, "It's crude, but they identified him without even that."
Paltheis asks, "Identified him?"
Paltheis smirks.
Chugsy peers off to the east.
Toots asks, "East?"
Paltheis asks, "So Jayden gave his name?"
The oxen pull a covered wagon off to the east.
Merow says, "They pointed him out as he was running."
Sergeant Merow walks east.
You say, "Pointed at him and nearly fell over."
Tralos frowns.

[ We head to the Town Green. ]

Chugsy pats an ox on the back.
Merow says, "Keep going."
You say in Haish, "There's a crossroads up ahead about two blocks, he'll want you to turn north there."
You say in Haish, "Maybe three blocks."
Chugsy says, "Alright."
The oxen pull a covered wagon off to the east.
Sergeant Merow walks east.
Paltheis says, "I must really brush up on my languages."

[City of Kaezar, Tempest Road]
White lime-washed clay and pale gray timbers make up the timber-framed buildings that march down Tempest Road. One structure has a stone bottom and was obviously built on the foundation of a previous construction. Boards try to cover some of the deeper ruts in the road, but carts have displaced a few, making them inefficient. You see a covered wagon, First Sergeant Jarod Sutton, an ox, an ox, Chugsy (seated on a covered wagon), and Toots (seated on a covered wagon). Also here is Paltheis, Corporal Shadeark, and Sergeant Merow.
Obvious exits are west and east.
Your group follows you.

First Sergeant Jarod Sutton scowls.
Shadeark nods.
Merow says, "Hold here."
The oxen pull a covered wagon off to the east.
Merow says, "Bloody."
Sergeant Merow walks east.
Paltheis chuckles.
You say in Haish, "Just follow it."

[City of Kaezar, Tempest Road]
Branching off to the southwest, a narrow splinter of cobblestoned road leads to Randall Avenue. Tempest continues its east-west march lined with two and three-story gray and white buildings. You see a covered wagon, an ox, an ox, Chugsy (seated on a covered wagon), and Toots (seated on a covered wagon). Also here is Sergeant Merow.

Deep furrows in the center of the street collect stagnant water causing a sour stench to rise up, permeating the air.
Obvious exits are west, east, and southwest.

Your group follows you.
Corporal Shadeark walks in brandishing his shining low-steel scythe.
Shadeark's group follows him.
Merow says, "Hold here."
You say in Haish, "Hold it here."
Paltheis walks in brandishing his curved walnut wood staff.
Merow says, "Stop."
Shadeark says, "Stay here."
Chugsy raises an eyebrow.
Merow says, "Top, there's a bit of a situation."
Shadeark disbands his group.
You say in Haish, "There's another guard wanting to talk to you."
Chugsy says, "The road doesn't turn north."
Tralos walks in.
You say in Haish, "It will, but now they want to question you again, I think."
Toots looks confused.
Tralos nods to First Sergeant Jarod Sutton sharply.
Chugsy asks, "The' laiolia lhairiofh onaer"
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton gazes at Merow.
You say in Haish, "Just hold up here for a moment."

Toots says, "I lraon't lika' thae loonieof him, bkaother."
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton exclaims, "These don't look all that that threatening. They had to do with orcs, throw them in jail!"

Chugsy peers at Merow.
Toots says, "He'mwants to throw us in jaiolc"
Toots gasps.
Toots exclaims, "No!"
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton scowls at Toots.
Shadeark says, "We do not have the power to throw them in jail unless I was not informed of such."
Toots exclaims, "Please...no!"
Merow says, "I instructed the corporal to gather people to defend it, as I'd recieved word the wagons might be in danger."
Chugsy sniffles.

Shadeark says, "If I could throw people in jail Jayden would be in a cell right now."
Toots says in Haish, "I'm suse' kheyrre aoniay."
You say in Haish, "Listen... the guard's straight enough. If your families were held hostage..."
Chugsy sniffles.
Merow says, "A good thing I did, inside were twenty or more orcs, I ordered the gate closed and we had ourselves one hell of a fight."
Chugsy asks, "Yiau thinn sao?"
Toots smiles weakly.
Toots nods to you.
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton says, "Corporal, yer Sergean is speaking."
Chugsy peers at Toots hopefully.
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton gazes at Shadeark.
You act: Jurion attempts to smile reassuringly.
Merow says, "A sergeant snuck in to open the gate from inside, he's still running loose."
Merow glances at Shadeark.
Chugsy rubs his eyes.
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton asks, "Still loose eh?"
You say, "Just cooperate as best you can." to Chugsy.
Merow says, "We managed to beat the orcs outside the gate back, they're all dead or running now."
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton growls.
Shadeark says, "I tried every attack I had on it."
Merow nods to First Sergeant Jarod Sutton.
Merow says, "Aye top."
Merow says, "Quiet a moment corporal."
Chugsy exclaims in Haish, "I'm trying but all tha'se peoaple yellikg are' scaring my and my oxen!"
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton frowns at Shadeark.
Toots shushes Chugsy.
Chugsy pets an ox lovingly.
Merow says, "Anyhow, these two say that they had to do it. The orcs have their relatives-probably dead now top-but if they didn't the orcs said they'd kill them."
You say, "Merow, he says the oxen are getting nervous. No telling what they might do."
Merow says, "They also say Jayden was ordering the orcs top."
Toots tries to look confident.
Paltheis mutters.
Merow says, "Tell him he better make sure the oxen stay calm."
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton stares at Toots.
Merow runs a finger over his greataxe.
Paltheis asks, "Who said the name Jayden first? You guards... or these two?"
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton stares at Chugsy.
Chugsy blinks at First Sergeant Jarod Sutton.
Merow glances at Paltheis.
You say, "Keep the oxen quiet if you can." to Chugsy.
Merow says, "These two."
An ox glances about wildly.

First Sergeant Jarod Sutton bites his well-chewed cigar.
Toots clamps his hand over Chugsy's mouth.
Paltheis says, "I will not harm it."
Toots says, "Shhh."
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton spits on the ground.
Chugsy waves Paltheis away from the oxen.
You say, "Look... don't muck with the oxen, people, they're nervous as it is."
Chugsy pats an ox on the back.
Paltheis gives Chugsy a reassuring smile.
Merow says, "Frankly top, I'm inclined to believe them. I don't have the power to arrest anyhow, I was going to take them to the Town Green and have them board up in the back of their wagon while we investigate the situation further."
Merow says, "If they leave, the orcs will kill them."
Merow says, "So they'll stay."
Chugsy mutters a few words to each of the oxen, and they seem to calm down slightly.
Denita whispers something to Merow.
Toots smiles weakly at Merow.
Paltheis asks, "If I may have a word edgewise?"
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton stares at Denita.
Toots looks grateful.
Merow says, "One moment lass."
Merow smiles at Denita.
Paltheis says, "I wish to question these two... I will accompany them where ever you put them if that is alright."
Denita nods.
Denita fidgets.
Paltheis says, "I am a Sage.... and this is what I do."
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton says, "Or they can find a way to let the orcs back in."
Paltheis smiles warmly.
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton asks, "You say they have their kin?"
Merow says, "We'll place them under guard if that's alright Top."
Paltheis leans on his curved walnut wood staff.
Merow nods to First Sergeant Jarod Sutton.
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton asks, "How do they know they are dead?"
Merow says, "They don't."

Paltheis says, "I wish I could speak your language."
Toots says, "The sylvan says he wants to help."
Toots says, "And won't hurt uj."
Paltheis nods to Toots.
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton says, "That sounds like common sense, though the prison would serve well enough."
You act: Jurion hooks his fingers behind his belt buckle.
Chugsy asks in Haish, "Why are' they all glancinl at us and that gharish one' rubbing his axe?"
Toots says in Haish, "Trackal wolissank bunas! Messil! Eldal ponisa nevsalin!"
You say in Haish, "They're going to put you in the Town Green and have you board in your wagon, I think."

Shadeark asks, "Do I have permission to begin searching the wagon?"
Paltheis says, "Unless you want trouble from the people... mostly from unanswered questions... I suggest some townsman be able to see them."
Merow says, "We'll do that when they're secured in the greens."
First Sergeant Jarod Sutton nods.
Shadeark says, "I wonder if the sergeant should be considered a threat if he still lives."
Paltheis says, "As well as there should be more than one person questioning them."

You try to open the door on the wagon, but it appears stuck in place.
Shadeark says, "I know that."
You say, "Well, we'll leave it here."

You drop a chintz-lined picnic basket.
Shadeark says, "I closed them though before they jumped out."
You act: Jurion knocks on the wagon.
You barely hear some sobbing come from within the wagon.
Shadeark says, "I closed the gates as a precaution."
Denita walks in brandishing her intricately carved staff.
You wince.
Paltheis says, "Did Merow try to get the wagons through the gate."
Denita says, "Where'd Merow go... i lost em."
You tap a covered wagon.
Shadeark says, "Just leave them alone."
Shadeark says, "No."
Sinjinn raises an eyebrow in Shadeark's direction.
Shadeark says, "We wanted to check the wagon first."
You say, "Shadeark, Merow asked me to bring them some food. Here's the food."
Sinjinn says, "We bought them food."
Shadeark says, "We heard noises inside."
Shadeark nods.
Shadeark yells, "The food is here."
Sinjinn drops a chintz-lined picnic basket.
You say, "Leave it, Sin."
Paltheis says, "Merow seems to be coming upon all the orcish plans these days."
Paltheis scratches his chin.
Paltheis says, "Most interesting."
Paltheis nods slowly.
Shadeark says, "I got hint the wagon was coming from a boy who whisper to Breen then Breen told me."
You say, "That's about all we can do, I suppose."
You say, "I ought to give Merow his change."
You say, "I think I'll use it to buy whiskey."
Sinjinn asks, "Where is he?"
Sinjinn laughs at you.
You say, "Probably making a report."
Sinjinn says, "M."
You say, "M is right."
