Notes

The terms and definitions given here have changed over the years and differ somewhat from official lore. To begin with, the term simbu is no longer used as the general term for the race, having been replaced with re'har. Re'hari is now used for both the language and the name of the more humanoid subrace. Eld'ama is no longer in use at all, although it could certainly still be used to designate the ancestor race which split into inda'sim and re'hari, now lost in antiquity. Finally, the Besa, Oca'bes, Xi'noj, and Zoca have been removed from the original nine prides, leaving five remaining in the official lore: the Shwana, the Ghata, the Tau'jiri, the Kawana, and the Mehi.
