Citizens of Kaezar,

Sergeant Merow Ghurak of the Imperial Guards was executed on the 17th day of the month of Morde for the crimes of treason, conspiracy, and the murders of several children from the city of Never-Upon-Vinre. While his crimes were unpardonable and the decision to execute him fully justified, let it be known he died with honor.
