Gone Fishin'

[City of Kaezar, Tempest Road at Avanil Way, Crossroads]
Sitting in the shadow of the clock tower to the east, a large building occupies the entire south side of the block. Extremely rutted from the carts and wagons that traffic to the northern, eastern, western and southern sections of Kaezar City, the road is a quagmire of mud and deep puddles.
Obvious exits are south, north, west, and east.

Comprised of stone with wood trim along the windows and door frames, this large building takes up the entire south side of the block. Hanging above the doorway is a sign in the shape of a mug, and under the sign is a piece of parchment.
