To the Good Citizens of Kaezar

[City of Kaezar, West Trade Gate]
A massive oak gate stands open, allowing passage into and out of Kaezar. To the west, a wide road meanders through grassy plains, before disappearing into the trees. Tall limestone walls flank the gate and the crowded streets of the imperial city sprawl to the east, where a two story timber-framed structure is the scene of constant wagon traffic. Posted on the gate is a large parchment sign. You see Sergeant Belart of the Imperial Guard.
The only obvious exit is east.

Let it be known that Sergeant Merow Ghurak of the Imperial Guards is wanted for questioning in matters pertaining to his recent activities. He is to be apprehended and escorted to the nearest Guard Station by any means necessary.
