Merow's Capture

Last eve, as everyone knows by now, Merow Ghurak was captured and executed...this is the happenings of what lead up to that.

Merow was spotted in Kaezar outside Breen's in. He was then chased up to Kemstead and to the Never Road. There he was confronted and killed, trying to use a child as a shield. Both him and the child were killed instantly. We ran to the Eyssa spot where he would awaken but he approached us before hand. He claimed that there were ten children being held hostage and they would die if he didn't return by the following morning. He wouldn't give the information as to their location and ran from the area.
We chased Merow up to Never and through King's Woods. He then ran to Kemstead and to Kaezar..down to Seton road. He gathered a army to confront us there.
Shadeark lead the attack. He attacked alone without using the strength of the group. This split the attack and made the group have to come in one by one. Mass spells were not effective because of this. We had no formation.
The orcs were stronger than we anticipated. It was a slaughter. They had a Shaman with strength beyond any shaman ive seen before. Th black orcs alone were stronger than any we have in Kaezar. This was a warning that best be listened to.
Capturing Merow during the battle gave us victory. The orcs pulled back and we moved on the Kaezar with Merow in tow.

May i remind some people that there are no heroes in the Guard. If we dont work together and as a team, we will never defeat the oppostion. We got lucky last eve and that should be noted.

Id like to thank those that was not of Guard that joined us, Deloria for her great locating skills and her ability in combat and Aira for her bow and songs. You were of a great help and it was highly appreciated.

Merow..i wish you to rest well in the fate you chose.
